The Crash/Ride is the multipurpose / do it all cymbal. Offered in three different weight classes to cover a wide spectrum. Some artists chose to use it as a Crash. Some chose to use it as a Ride. Many artists enjoy the advantages of the Crash/Rides diversity and use it as both.
